Existing Dollar Preference Shares definition

Existing Dollar Preference Shares means the Issuer’s outstanding series of 6.409% non-cumulative redeemable preference shares of U.S.$5 each (aggregate paid up amount of U.S.$750,000,000) and 7.014% non-cumulative redeemable preference shares of U.S.$5 each (aggregate paid up amount of U.S.$750,000,000);
Existing Dollar Preference Shares means the Company’s outstanding series of 6.409 per cent. non-cumulative redeemable preference shares of U.S.$5 each (aggregate paid up amount of U.S.$750,000,000) and 7.014 per cent. non- cumulative redeemable preference shares of U.S.$5 each (aggregate paid up amount of U.S.$750,000,000). “Existing Preference Shares” means the Existing Dollar Preference Shares and the Existing Sterling Preference Shares.
