Examples of Existing Facility LCs in a sentence

  • All Existing Facility LCs shall be deemed to have been issued pursuant to this Agreement and from and after the Closing Date shall be subject to and governed by the terms and conditions hereof.

  • For purposes hereof, the Existing Facility LCs are deemed to be issued on the date hereof.
