Existing Fleet definition

Existing Fleet means all Cardtronics-Owned and Merchant-Owned ATMs in Cardtronics’ domestic fleet (that is, located within the borders of United States) as of December 1, 2014, or the date of Final Approval, whichever is earlier.
Existing Fleet means the Vessels (as renamed from time to time) set out at Schedule A hereto on the date of this Agreement, and shall not include any Vessels that may be added to Schedule A after the date of this Agreement.
Existing Fleet means with respect to Vehicles leased under the Master Lease, the Eligible Vehicles owned by and titled in the name of Dollar or Thrifty on the Lease Commencement Date and refinanced by RCFC under the Master Lease pursuant to the initial Vehicle Order of Dollar or Thrifty, as applicable.

More Definitions of Existing Fleet

Existing Fleet means Master Collateral Vehicles owned by Thrifty prior to the commencement of this Agreement.
Existing Fleet means Eligible Vehicles owned by Thrifty prior to the Lease Commencement Date and refinanced by Thrifty Finance on the Lease Commencement Date.
Existing Fleet means the M/S Norwegian Dawn, M/S Norwegian Star, M/S Norwegian Sun, M/S Pride of Aloha, M/S Xxxxe of America, M/S Norwegian Jewel, M/S Pride of Hawaii, in each case, as such Vessel may be renamed from time to time.
Existing Fleet means the fleet of sets operated by the Operator and stabled and/or maintained at any of the Depots except the Fleet;
Existing Fleet has the meaning specified in the Financing Documents related to the applicable Financing Source.

Related to Existing Fleet

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Existing Franchise Agreement means that certain franchise license agreement between the Seller and the Franchisor, granting to Seller a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand.

  • Existing Financing means the financing arrangements that provided for a security interest granted by Company in the Aircraft and that were outstanding on August 3, 2020.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Existing uses means those uses actually attained in a water body on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not they are included in the water quality standards.

  • Functionally Dependent Facility means a facility which cannot be used for its intended purpose unless it is located in close proximity to water, limited to a docking or port facility necessary for the loading and unloading of cargo or passengers, shipbuilding, or ship repair. The term does not include long-term storage, manufacture, sales, or service facilities.

  • Existing Facility Agreement means Existing Facility Agreement A, Existing Facility Agreement B, Existing Facility Agreement C and Existing Facility Agreement D and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Existing tank system or “existing component” means a tank system or component that is used for the storage or treatment of hazardous waste and that is in operation, or for which installation has commenced on or prior to July 14, 1986. Installation will be considered to have commenced if the owner or operator has obtained all Federal, State, and local approvals or permits necessary to begin physical construction of the site or installation of the tank system and if either (1) a continuous on-site physical construction or installation program has begun, or (2) the owner or operator has entered into contractual obligations — which cannot be canceled or modified without substantial loss — for physical construction of the site or installation of the tank system to be completed within a reasonable time.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Existing use means a use actually attained in a surface water of the state on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not it is a designated use.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.
