Existing Joint Venture definition

Existing Joint Venture means any corporation, limited liability company, joint venture or similar limited liability legal entity in existence on the Effective Date which was formed or entered into by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with another Person in order to conduct a common venture or enterprise with such Person, which legal entity does not constitute a Subsidiary.
Existing Joint Venture means each investment or Person listed on Schedule 1.01(d) hereto.
Existing Joint Venture means any Joint Venture in existence as of the Issue Date.

Existing Joint Venture means each of PrymTelefon, Bancomsvyaz, TeleCommunications of Moscow, GTS Monaco Access S.A.X., Xxvam Teleport Kiev Division L.L.C., EDN Sovintel, all the entities in which SFMT-Rusnet, Inc. currently has an interest, all the entities in which Vostok Mobile B.V. currently has an interest and their respective successors.
Existing Joint Venture means any Joint Venture in existence on the Closing Date and listed on Schedule 1.01(b).
