Venture definition

Venture means any group of two or more persons associated in fact, whether or not a legal entity.
Venture has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.05(h).

Venture means the joint venture formed pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia by this Agreement.

Venture is defined in the Preamble to this Agreement.
