Existing Parity Obligations definition

Existing Parity Obligations means the Bank of Marin Loans, the Municipal Finance Corporation Loan, and the SRF Loan.

Existing Parity Obligations means (i) the junior subordinated notes issued in connection with the December 1997 offering of 8.00% Capital Trust Pass-Through Securities by North Fork Capital Trust II and the Guarantor’s guarantee thereof; (ii) the 8.17% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures, Series B, issued in connection with the April 1998 offering of 8.17% Capital Securities, Series B, by Reliance Capital Trust I and the Guarantor’s guarantee thereof; (iii) the junior subordinated notes issued in connection with the June 2003 offering of Floating Rate Preferred Securities by Coastal Capital Trust II and the Guarantor’s guarantee thereof; and (iv) the 10.25% Junior Subordinated Debt Securities due 2039 issued in connection with the July 2009 offering of 10.25% Cumulative Trust Preferred Securities by Capital One Capital V and the Guarantor’s guarantee thereof.
Existing Parity Obligations means the Town’s Parity Obligations currently outstanding, including the Town’s General Obligation Warrants, Series 2012, currently outstanding in the principal amount of $515,000, which were issued under and pursuant to the Existing Parity Obligations Ordinances.
