Examples of Parity Obligations in a sentence
The Subordinated Perpetual Securities and Coupons relating to them constitute direct, unconditional, subordinated and unsecured obligations of the Issuer and shall at all times rank pari passu, without any preference or priority among themselves, and pari passu with any Parity Obligations of the Issuer.
The Recipient shall charge rates and fees in connection with the operation of the Water System which, when combined with other gross revenues, are adequate to generate Net Revenues each fiscal year at least equal to one hundred twenty (120%) percent of the annual debt service due in the fiscal year on the Loan, any outstanding senior lien obligations, and any outstanding Parity Obligations.

The Securities constitute direct, unsecured and subordinated obligations of the Issuer which rank pari passu and without any preference among themselves and with any Parity Obligations (as defined in Condition 17 (Definitions)) of the Issuer.
