Examples of Existing Properties in a sentence
The Additions to the Existing Properties herein authorized shall be brought under and within the jurisdiction of the Association by means of Supplemental Declaration(s) of Covenants and Restrictions, filed of record, with respect to each such addition, which shall extend to such properties, or parts thereof, the scheme of the covenants and restrictions contained in this Declaration, and which shall subject the Lots therein to assessment on the basis set forth herein.
Vistana may continue to operate the Existing Properties under the Applicable System and Standards and Policies in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Existing Properties are listed on Exhibit B-1 to this Agreement.
Vistana agrees that Starwood has devoted substantial resources to developing and building the Licensed Business (including the Existing Properties, Licensed Marks and the System) and that the Licensed Business, including the significant reputation and goodwill associated therewith, has been developed by Starwood over a period of years prior to the Effective Date.
Vistana represents and warrants that it or its Affiliates (as applicable) are qualified to do business in each state and jurisdiction in which the Existing Properties are located (to the extent required by Applicable Law) and shall ensure that it or its applicable Affiliate remains in good standing in the jurisdiction of its organization and qualified to do business in the state and jurisdiction in which each Licensed Vacation Ownership Property is located.
