Subject Properties definition

Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).
Subject Properties means, collectively, the Mining Properties and all other Owned Properties and Leased Properties.

  • By making this Agreement, the City is specifically not obligating itself, or any other agency with respect to any police power or regulatory actions relating to development or operation of the Projects, Infrastructure Projects, and other improvements to be constructed on the Subject Properties, including, but not limited to, rezoning, variances, environmental clearances, or any other governmental approvals which are or may be required.

More Definitions of Subject Properties

Subject Properties the Properties containing Petroleum in which Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary owns an interest, including, but not limited to, those known as Viosca Knolx 000, Garden Banks 72 and Garden Banks 117 in the Gulf of Mexico.
