Existing Regulated Fund definition

Existing Regulated Fund means (a) BDC I, (b) BDC II, (c) BDC III, (d) CTAC, (e) CAPM and (f) CCIF.
Existing Regulated Fund means (a) BDC I, (b) BDC II, and (c) from and after its election to be regulated as a BDC under the Act, BDC III. “Follow-On Investment” means an additional investment in the same issuer, including, but not limited to, through the exercise of warrants, conversionprivileges or other rights to purchase securities of the issuer.
