Renewable Energy Resource – Vintage( see appropriate Sections of RES Regulations, Application Sections 3.1-3.9 and Appendix C):A.1 Generation Unit meets the definition of an Existing Renewable Energy Resource noted in RES Regulations Section 3.10 (first entering commercial operation before 12/31/1997).
