Existing Subscriber means a Subscriber who is already receiving the Netstar Service in terms of an existing Contract with Netstar and who has requested Netstar to move the Equipment from the Vehicle to another Vehicle or who has requested that additional Vehicles are included under the Contract as per the Contract Addendum;
