Exit Manager definition

Exit Manager the person appointed by each Party pursuant to Paragraph 3.3 of this Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements) for managing the Provider’s obligations under Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements);
Exit Manager means the person appointed by each Party pursuant to paragraph 114.4 of this Call Off Schedule 9 for managing the Parties' respective obligations under this Call Off Schedule 9;

Exit Manager means the person appointed by each Party pursuant to paragraph 1.3 of (Exit Management) for managing the Parties' respective obligations in respect of Exit Management.
