Exit Network Operator definition

Exit Network Operator means any Network Operator with whom a Shipper has en- tered into an exit agreement pursuant to sentence 1 of section 3(1) of the Access Regu- lations, including exit agreements signed in the form of Supplier Framework Agree- ments.
Exit Network Operator means any Network Operator with whom a Shipper has entered into an exit agreement pursuant to sentence 1 of section 3(1) of the Access Regulations, including exit agreements signed in the form of Supplier Framework Agreements.

Examples of Exit Network Operator in a sentence

  • Where by 12:00 noon any Exit Network Operator has failed to submit its SLP allocations or where such allocations are incomplete, the Market Area Manager shall in both cases create default allocations for all hours of the day D+1.

  • If in any month no quantity reconciliation has taken place between a Network Operator and its Shippers in their capacity as Suppliers, the Exit Network Operator shall submit a Reconciliation Notice specifying a quantity of zero.

  • Where the relevant Reconcilia- tion Quantity is a positive quantity (a “Positive Reconciliation Quantity”), the Exit Net- work Operator shall issue an invoice (a “Reconciliation Invoice”) to the relevant Market Area Manager for payment by the Market Area Manager to the Exit Network Operator.

  • Each Exit Network Operator shall inform the relevant Market Area Manager of the meter reading arrangements it applies by ticking the relevant box in its master data sheet.

  • Irrespective of the meter reading arrangements in place, each Exit Network Operator shall report the relevant quantities (“Reconciliation Quantity”) it has determined in re- spect of each month and Network Balancing Account by submitting corresponding noti- fications (“Reconciliation Notice”) to the relevant Market Area Manager.

  • Each Exit Network Operator shall financially settle its Reconciliation Quantities with the relevant Market Area Manager on the basis of the Reconciliation Notices submitted.

  • The financial settlement of all Reconciliation Quantities between the Market Area Man- ager and Exit Network Operator involved shall take place regardless of whether and when the Exit Network Operator receives payment on the corresponding Reconciliation Invoices from the Shippers affected.

  • Where an Exit Network Operator has to correct a Reconciliation Quantity invoiced to a Shipper and where as a result of this correction the Reconciliation Quantities reported to the Market Area Manager need to be revised, the Network Operator shall submit a revised Reconciliation Notice to the Market Area Manager (with separate revised Rec- onciliation Notices to be submitted in respect of each Reconciliation Month affected).

  • Where the relevant Reconciliation Quantity is a negative quantity (a “Negative Reconcil- iation Quantity”), the Exit Network Operator shall provide to the relevant Market Area Manager a self-billed Reconciliation Invoice for payment by the Exit Network Operator to the Market Area Manager.

  • Based on the intra-monthly declaration lists it receives from Network Operators, the Market Area Manager shall produce a declaration notice in respect of each Exit Network Operator and each Balancing (Sub)Group and submit this declaration notice to the Bal- ancing Group Manager by 23:00 hours on the day D-2 where the revised declarations relate to SLP Exit Points and by 23:00 hours on the day D-1 where the revised declara- tions relate to RLM Exit Points.

Related to Exit Network Operator

  • Network Operator means the provider of the Network.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • multi-system operator or “MSO” means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • tour operator means, with the exception of an air carrier, an organiser within the meaning of Article 2, point 2, of Council Directive 90/314/EEC of 13 June 1990 on package travel, package holidays and package tours (2);

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.

  • Network Service Provider means the undertaking appointed by the ECB's Governing Council to provide computerised network connections for the purpose of submitting payment messages in TARGET2,

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
