Exit Package definition

Exit Package means a sealed, child-resistant certified receptacle into which marijuana items already within a container are placed at the point of sale.
Exit Package means an opaque bag that is provided at the point of sale in which pre-packaged medical marijuana is placed.
Exit Package means a sealed Container or package provided at the retail point of sale, in which any Retail Marijuana or Retail Marijuana Product already within a Container are placed.

Exit Package means an Opaque bag or other similar Opaque covering provided at the point of sale, in which Regulated Marijuana already in a Container is placed. If Regulated Marijuana flower, trim or seeds are placed into a Container that is not Child-Resistant, then the Exit Package must be Child-Resistant. The Exit Package is not required to be labeled in accordance with the 3-100 Series Rules.
