Exit Take Back Term Loan Term Sheet means the exit term loan term sheet attached as Exhibit C to the RSA, as such term sheet may be amended, modified, or supplemented only in accordance with the RSA.

  • Incremental Term Loan Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $25,000,000 over (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate increase in the Revolving Credit Commitments established at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.24 and (ii) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Loan Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.25.

  • Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;

  • Total Term Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Term Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
