Expanded License definition

Expanded License has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3.
Expanded License has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.4.
Expanded License has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.2(a) (Exclusive Negotiation Period).

Examples of Expanded License in a sentence

  • The definition of “RPX Licensee” expressly excludes any future members that join RPX after the Effective Date (other than with respect to Option Companies where RPX has paid the Expanded License Fee Payment), except with respect to any Entity that become an Affiliate of any RPX Member or Entity that was granted a sublicense under the Patent License in accordance with this Section 1.2(a).

  • Mere possession of an Activation Code does not imply an Expanded License.

  • Installations covered by an Expanded License only benefit from the Upgrade Access that applies to that Expanded License.

  • Furthermore, upon RPX’s payment of any Expanded License Fee Payment, as applicable, any Entity that is granted a sublicense by RPX (directly or indirectly) in accordance with Section 1.2(a)(iii) shall also be deemed an “RPX Licensee” for purposes of this Agreement.

  • For each Installation, you may change the Expanded License it is associated with no more than once in any thirty (30) calendar day period.

  • Additional Upgrade Access may also be purchased together with your initial Expanded License purchase.

  • Bitvise will offer extension of your Upgrade Access at an annual rate not higher than 20 percent of the current price for a new Expanded License covering the usage permitted by your Expanded License.

  • If you purchase an Upgrade Access extension for an Expanded License after its Upgrade Access expires, the extension will require payment for a term starting from the past Upgrade Access expiry, not the date of purchase of the extension.

Related to Expanded License

  • Excluded License means an open source or other software license that requires, as a condition of license, use, modification, distribution or conveyance, that (a) the code be disclosed or distributed in source code form; (b) others have the right to modify or create derivative works of it; and/or (c) the code becomes redistributable at no charge.

  • Lapsed license “permit,” or “registration” means a license, permit, or registration that a person has failed to renew as required or the license, permit, or registration of a person who failed to meet stated obligations for renewal within a stated time. A person whose license, permit, or registration has lapsed continues to hold the privilege of licensure or registration in Iowa, but may not practice dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting until the license, permit, or registration is reinstated.

  • System License means a right to use certain DS Offerings for a specific database instance or as may be otherwise indicated in the Product Portfolio. A minimum number of Named User’s (or Extended Enterprise Named User’s, as applicable) rights to use certain identified DS Offerings may be required in order to be granted a System License. If the name of the DS Offering includes a specific reference to “Departmental Site License”, such DS Offering shall be used only within a particular department of Customer at a particular office, building or physical location which shall be identified in the Transaction Document. Token Based. Use of a DS Offering granted in Token Based mode provides a right to use a determined number of tokens for the duration of the license. Tokens are reserved for one (1) use at a time and when released, are available for other uses. The quantity of tokens required for a given use of the DS Offering is determined in the Product Portfolio and/or in the Documentation, and may be changed in the event of modifications to such DS Offering. Pool of tokens of same type can be accessed and used simultaneously by one or several authorized Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users and/or Machines, as applicable within the limit of the number of available tokens.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this ▇▇▇▇ to the Licensee;

  • Permitted License means any non-exclusive license of patent rights of Borrower or its Subsidiaries so long as all such Permitted Licenses are granted to third parties in the Ordinary Course of Business, do not result in a legal transfer of title to the licensed property, and have been granted in exchange for fair consideration.
