Expected Capacity definition

Expected Capacity means [ ] MW (without giving effect to any resizing (if applicable) according to Section 3.8 and Section 3.9).
Expected Capacity means the expected capacity of the Facility as set forth in Exhibit A.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is difficult or impossible to determine with precision the amount of damages that would or might be incurred by Buyer as a result of Seller’s failure to achieve Commercial Operation on or before the Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date or to achieve a Contract Capacity equal to at least ninety-five percent (95%) of the Expected Capacity.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Seller shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to achieve Commercial Operation of the Facility at a Nameplate Capacity equal to the Expected Capacity.

More Definitions of Expected Capacity

Expected Capacity means: (A) in respect of deep water / floating drilling rigs, 0.94; and (B) in respect of xxxx-up drilling rigs, 0.97;

  • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Nameplate Capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.
