Expedia Common Stock definition

Expedia Common Stock means, with respect to periods prior to the Separation, shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of Expedia, and with respect to periods following the Separation, shares of common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of Expedia.
Expedia Common Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Expedia Common Stock has the meaning given that term in the Separation Agreement.
