Examples of Expense Allowances in a sentence
Expenses incurred by the employee shall be reimbursed in accordance with Article 18, Expense Allowances.
These expenses may include such items as: disconnecting and connecting appliances and/or utilities, cost of insurance for property damage during the move, the reasonable transportation costs of the employee's family to the new work location at the time the move is made, including meals and lodging (such expenses shall be consistent with the provisions of Article 20 Expense Allowances), or other direct costs associated with rental or purchase of another residence.
Expenses incurred by the teacher shall be reimbursed in accordance with Article 26, Expense Allowances.
Expense reimbursement shall be at the discretion of the Appointing Authority, in accordance with Article 26, Expense Allowances.
For each Monthly Accounting Period, the Reinsurer shall pay to the Ceding Company an amount equal to the Expense Allowances for such Monthly Accounting Period in consideration for the administration of the Reinsured Contracts.
Such reimbursement shall be effected through the Expense Allowances as described in Section 8.06 below.
Schedule E to the Agreement – Expense Allowances – is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by the attached “Amended and Restated Schedule E” dated January 1, 2008.
The Reinsurer shall pay through the Expense Allowances as described in Section 8.06 below, the Reinsurer’s share of commissions paid by the Ceding Company for the particular policies reinsured hereunder.
The Reinsurer shall pay its Quota Share of all Commission and Expense Allowances as shown in Schedule C.
If the current premium is lowered, the Reinsurer shall have the right to modify the Expense Allowances shown in Exhibit II, subject to the Ceding Company’s agreement.
