O&M Expenses definition

O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Developer or by the Authority, as the case may be, for all O&M including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services, (c) insurance premium, (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable for O&M, (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs, (f) payments required to be made under the O&M Contract, or any other contract in connection with or incidental to O&M, and (g) all other expenditure required to be incurred under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or this Agreement.

O&M Expenses means expenses incurred, for all O&M including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services,

O&M Expenses means the expenses incurred in the operation and maintenance of the Project and includes all matters connected with or incidental to such operation and maintenance, provision of services and facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, fees and expenses payable to the Escrow Bank shall form part of the O&M Expenses.

Examples of O&M Expenses in a sentence

• The Interconnection Customer shall have the option to pay such O&M Expenses either under the procedure described in Option 1 or in Option 2 below.

• O&M Expenses have been considered for one month of the allowed O&M Expenses.

• Selection by Interconnection Customer The Interconnection Customer shall select which option for paying such O&M Expenses by providing written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner within thirty (30) days after the Gross Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities Plant Investment cost and the most recent Annual Transmission Ongoing Charge Factor have been provided to the Interconnection Customer.

• If the Interconnection Customer fails to provide timely notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner of the option selected, the Interconnection Customer will be deemed to have selected Option 2: Quarterly Actual O&M Expenses.

• For the avoidance of doubt, compensation payable may include interest payments on debt, O&M Expenses, any increase in capital costs on account of inflation and all other costs directly attributable to such material breach or default but shall not include loss of Fee revenues, debt repayment obligations or other consequential losses, and for determining such compensation, information contained in the Financial Package and the Financial Model may be relied upon to the extent it is relevant.

O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Developer for all operation and maintenance expenses for the Commercial Development Project, the Redevelopment Project (ending at the expiry of the its Maintenance Period) and the Station Development Project (excluding the Railway Operational Activities) (ending at the expiry of its Maintenance Period) as more particularly set out in the Station Facility Management Agreement and including (a) cost of salaries or other compensation to employees; (b) cost of material supply or utilities and other services; (c) premia for insurance; (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable in respect of operation and maintenance; (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs of the relevant Assets and Project Utilities; (f) all other expenditure required to be made under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or the Agreement;

O&M Expenses means expenses incurred towards Operations and Maintenance of the Project Facility/ies

O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Concessionaire or by the Authority, as the case may be, for all O&M of Mandatory Development Obligations including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services, (c) premia for insurance, (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable for O&M, (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs, (f) payments required to be made under any O&M contract, or any other contract in connection with or incidental to O&M, and (g) all other expenditure required to be incurred under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or this Agreement. However, O&M Expenses shall not include any cost and expense related to O&M of Optional Project Facilities;

O&M Expenses means, collectively, in respect of any period, the aggregate operation and maintenance expenses related to the production of Conforming SNG and Additional Products of the Plant for such period.

O&M Expenses means, for any Fiscal Year, expenses of maintenance, operation and administration of the Airport (including, but not limited to, the Midfield Terminal) for such Fiscal Year.
