O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Developer or by the Authority, as the case may be, for all O&M including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services, (c) insurance premium, (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable for O&M, (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs, (f) payments required to be made under the O&M Contract, or any other contract in connection with or incidental to O&M, and (g) all other expenditure required to be incurred under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or this Agreement.

Examples of O&M Expenses in a sentence
The Interconnection Customer shall have the option to pay such O&M Expenses either under the procedure described in Option 1 or in Option 2 below.
Developer shall select which option for paying O&M Expenses by providing written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner within thirty (30) days after receiving from the Connecting Transmission Owner the Gross Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Plant Investment cost and the most recent Annual Transmission Ongoing Charge Factor.
The Interconnection Customer shall select which option for paying such O&M Expenses by providing written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner within thirty (30) days after the Gross Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities Plant Investment cost and the most recent Annual Transmission Ongoing Charge Factor have been provided to the Interconnection Customer.
If Interconnection Customer fails to provide timely notice to Connecting Transmission Owner of the option selected, Interconnection Customer will be deemed to have selected Option 2: Annual Actual O&M Expenses.
For the avoidance of doubt, compensation payable may include interest payments on debt, O&M Expenses and for determining such compensation, information contained in the Financial Package may be relied upon to the extent it is relevant.
More Definitions of O&M Expenses
O&M Expenses means the expenses incurred in the operation and maintenance of the Project and includes all matters connected with or incidental to such operation and maintenance, provision of services and facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, fees and expenses payable to the Escrow Bank shall form part of the O&M Expenses.
O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Developer for all operation and maintenance expenses for the Commercial Development Project, the Redevelopment Project (ending at the expiry of the its Maintenance Period) and the Station Development Project (excluding the Railway Operational Activities) (ending at the expiry of its Maintenance Period) as more particularly set out in the Station Facility Management Agreement and including (a) cost of salaries or other compensation to employees; (b) cost of material supply or utilities and other services; (c) premia for insurance; (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable in respect of operation and maintenance; (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs of the relevant Assets and Project Utilities; (f) all other expenditure required to be made under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or the Agreement;
O&M Expenses means expenses incurred towards Operations and Maintenance of the Project Facility/ies
O&M Expenses means the expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Facility Manager for all operation and maintenance expenses for the Station Area including (i) cost of salaries or other compensation to employees (ii) cost of material supply or utilities and other services (iii) premium for insurance (iv) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable in respect of the SFM Project (v) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs of the relevant Station Assets and Station Project Utilities (vi) all outgoings, cess, and other Taxes (including municipal Taxes), rates and other user charges whatsoever and all increases thereto, in respect of the Station Assets and Station Project Utilities, and (vii) all other expenditure required to be made under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or the SFM Agreement;
O&M Expenses means expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Concessionaire or by the Authority, as the case may be, for all O&M of Mandatory Development Obligations including (a) cost of salaries and other compensation to employees, (b) cost of materials, supplies, utilities and other services, (c) premia for insurance, (d) all taxes, duties, cess and fees due and payable for O&M, (e) all repair, replacement, reconstruction, reinstatement, improvement and maintenance costs, (f) payments required to be made under any O&M contract, or any other contract in connection with or incidental to O&M, and (g) all other expenditure required to be incurred under Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits or this Agreement. However, O&M Expenses shall not include any cost and expense related to O&M of Optional Project Facilities;
O&M Expenses means, for any Fiscal Year, direct and indirect expenses of maintenance, operation and administration of the Airport (including, but not limited to, the South Terminal and the North Terminal) for such Fiscal Year.
O&M Expenses means (i) all costs, expenses and fees incurred by Provider in respect of operating and maintaining the Plant and in complying with the Coke and Steam delivery and supply obligations of Provider under this Agreement, all of which shall be consistent with U. S. GAAP, plus (ii) all Taxes in respect of all such costs, expenses, and fees. Provided, however, the (u) Pass-Through Expenses, (v) Insurance Costs, (w) Additional Direct Costs, (y) capital costs, and (z) fines or penalties in respect of violations of Governmental Requirements (including, without limitation, Governmental Requirements pertaining to the environment, and employee health and safety), unless caused by negligent or wrongful acts of Off-Taker or the failure of Off-Taker to act when having a duty to do so, are not O&M Expenses.
