Expense Budget definition

Expense Budget means an expense budget annexed hereto as Exhibit “A” which sets forth all Expenses related to the Sale and the operation of the Stores during the Sale Term to be agreed to between Agent and Merchant in writing prior to the commencement of the Sale, together with any amended, modification or supplemented Expense Budget in form and substance satisfactory to Merchant and Agent.
Expense Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(e) of this Agreement.
Expense Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 7(e).

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Independent expenditure means an expenditure by a person:

  • Base Operating Expenses means the Operating Expenses for the Base Year.

  • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • Operating Expenditures means all Partnership Group cash expenditures (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of expenditures in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned), including taxes, compensation of employees, officers and directors of the General Partner, reimbursement of expenses of the General Partner and its Affiliates, debt service payments, Maintenance Capital Expenditures, repayment of Working Capital Borrowings and payments made in the ordinary course of business under any Hedge Contracts, subject to the following:

  • Operating Expense means salaries, wages, cost of maintenance and operation, materials, supplies, insurance and all other items normally included under recognized accounting practices, but does not include allowances for depreciation in the value of physical property.
