Annual Budget definition

Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.
Annual Budget means the budget approved by the municipal council for any particular financial year, and shall include any adjustments to such budget.
Annual Budget means the operating and capital budget for the Properties in the aggregate setting forth, on a month-by-month basis, in reasonable detail, each line item of Borrower’s good faith estimate of anticipated Rents and other recurring income, Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures for the applicable Fiscal Year.

More Definitions of Annual Budget

Annual Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Annual Budget means the budget for operating expenses and capital expenditures of the Company for any Fiscal Year prepared in accordance with the Budget Protocol.
