Annual Budget definition

Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.
Annual Budget means the budget approved by the municipal council for any particular financial year, and shall include any adjustments to such budget.
Annual Budget means the operating and capital budget for the Properties in the aggregate setting forth, on a month-by-month basis, in reasonable detail, each line item of Borrower’s good faith estimate of anticipated Rents and other recurring income, Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures for the applicable Fiscal Year.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the LSB shall not approve, or shall only partially approve, the Annual Budget Application if it considers, acting reasonably, that it does not have sufficient information in respect of the matters referred to in paragraphs 5.3 and 5.15 (the “Required Information”) to enable it to discharge its obligations under the Statutory Procedure and the LSA generally.

More Definitions of Annual Budget

Annual Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(a)(v).
