Experian Policies definition

Experian Policies means any policies Experian may adopt from time to time, including standards, policies, practices, processes, procedures and controls of Experian regarding safety and health; personal, professional and ethical conduct; Internet and security; and Experian’s Supplier Security Requirements, Code of Business Conduct, Travel Policy for Suppliers, and Background Screening Criteria. These may be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/corporate/suppliers.html. The “Code of Conduct” referred to in Clause 12.2 shall be considered Experian Policies.
Experian Policies means policies, procedures and rules of Experian reg arding (a) safety and health; (b) personal, professional and ethical conduct; and (c) Internet and security. Experian Policies shall include Experian’s Sup plier Security Req uirements, Background Screen Criteria, Code of Business Conduct and Travel Policy for Sup pliers which Experian currently posts at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx.xxxx, which may be modified by Experian from time to time, and Experian’s Background Screening Criteria.

Examples of Experian Policies in a sentence

  • The scope and criteria of the required criminal and general background screenings shall, at minimum, be consistent with Experian Policies, including Experian’s Background Screening Criteria, a copy of which Experian shall provide upon request.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Supplier shall be responsible for the promulgation and distribution of Experian Policies to its Personnel to the extent necessary and appropriate.

  • Supplier shall implement and maintain a business continuity program that includes documented recovery strategies, plans and procedures, to ensure the Supplier can continue to deliver its Products to Experian within the recovery time and recovery point objectives set forth in the Agreement or if not set forth therein, then as set forth in Experian Policies.

  • Supplier agrees that Experian Policies may be communicated in writing, orally, or by conspicuous posting at an Experian facility, electronic posting (including by posting at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/corporate/suppliers.html) or other means generally used by Experian to disseminate such information to its employees or contractors.

  • Supplier shall, and shall ensure its Personnel, at all times: (a) conduct themselves in a businesslike manner; (b) comply with all Experian Policies communicated to Supplier and its Personnel; and (c) comply with all Applicable Law.

  • Supplier shall be responsible for the promulgation and distribution of Experian Policies to Supplier Personnel to the extent necessary and appropriate.

  • Each Party acknowledges that, in the event of a Supplier breach of Clause 3.3 (Compliance with Experian Policies), either Party’s breach of Clause 5 (Confidentiality Obligations; Data Protection), Supplier’s breach of Clause 7.5 (Continued Performance), or Supplier’s breach of Clause 12 (Supplier Obligations), the Party claiming breach by the other Party may be irreparably and immediately harmed and may not to be able to be made whole by monetary damages.

  • In providing the Products and/or Services, generally, and while at any Experian facilities, Supplier shall and shall cause Supplier Personnel to: (a) conduct themselves in a businesslike manner; (b) comply with Experian Policies; and (c) abide by all Laws applicable to the Experian facilities.

  • Supplier shall, and shall ensure its Personnel, at all times (i) conduct themselves in a businesslike manner; (ii) comply with all Experian Policies; (iii) comply, in the case where Supplier Personnel shall perform Services onsite at any Experian facility, with all Experian Policies communicated to Supplier orally or by conspicuous posting at an Experian facility or other means generally used by Experian to disseminate such information to its Personnel; and (iv) comply with all applicable law.

  • In connection with travel approved in writing by Experian, reasonable and necessary travel and travel-related expenses actually incurred in connection with the performance of the Services shall be reimbursed pursuant to Experian Policies, including Experian’s travel policy.

Related to Experian Policies

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Collection Policy means the collection policies of the Seller/Servicer, which are the practices and procedures employed in the servicing of Receivables as of the Closing Date, as described in Exhibit E hereto.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Valuation Policy has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).

  • Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.

  • Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at our website regarding best execution when executing client orders.

  • Order Execution Policy We shall use our reasonable endeavours to execute any Order promptly, but in accepting your Orders we do not represent or warrant that it will be possible to execute such Order or that execution will be possible according to your Instructions. In general, we shall act according to instructions as soon as practically possible and shall, as far as trading Instructions are concerned, act in accordance with our Order Execution Policy. If, after instructions are received, we believe that it is not reasonably practicable to act upon such instructions within a reasonable time, we may defer acting upon those Instructions until it is, in our reasonable opinion, practicable to do so, or we may notify you that we are refusing to act upon such Instructions. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such deferral or refusal. If we encounter any material difficulty relevant to the proper carrying out of an Order on your behalf we shall notify you promptly. We shall carry out an Order on your behalf only when the relevant Market is open for dealings, and we shall deal with any Instructions received outside Market hours as soon as possible when that relevant Market is next open for business (in accordance with the rules of that Market). You agree that we may execute an Order on your behalf outside a Market. When you give us a specific Instruction, our Order Execution Policy may not apply, and we may be unable to take the steps described in such policy to obtain the best possible result in executing your Order. You confirm that you have read and agree to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will notify you of any material changes to our Order Execution Policy, but it is your responsibility to check for any other changes to our Order Execution Policy as published from time to time on our Online Trading Facility. We will consider the continued placement of Orders by you to constitute your continued consent to our Order Execution Policy as in effect from time to time.

  • Cancellation Policy Day tour cancellations are accepted by phone, mail, or email to xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Refunds will be provided within 30 days from the date of cancellation. By accepting the program, you agree that neither Bus America nor any of their representatives shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your belongings or in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond their control.

  • Xxxxxx Mae Guide The Xxxxxx Xxx Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Fannie Mae Guides The Fannie Mae Sellers' Guide and the Fannie Mae Serxxxxxx' Xxide and all axxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxions thereto.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Xxxxxx Mae Guides The Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxx’ Guide and the Xxxxxx Mae Servicers’ Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • R&W Policy means a representation and warranty insurance policy for the benefit of Buyer obtained in connection with this Agreement on the terms described on Schedule 1.01 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Allocation Policy means the allocation policy of the Company adopted by the Managing Member in accordance with Section 5.1.

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • Best Practice means solutions, techniques, methods and approaches which are appropriate, cost-effective and state of the art (at Member State and sector level), and which are implemented at an operational scale and under conditions that allow the achievement of the impacts set out in the award criterion ’Impact’ first paragraph (see below).
