Expert Accountant definition

Expert Accountant has the meaning given in paragraph 2.6 of Schedule 4;
Expert Accountant shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(g).
Expert Accountant means a nationally recognized independent certified public accounting firm in the United States mutually agreeable to Buyer and Seller.

Expert Accountant means KPMG acting through its Paris La Défense office or, if that firm is unable or unwilling to act in any matter referred to it under this Agreement, a firm of statutory auditors (commissaires aux comptes) of international standing to be agreed by the Sellers’ Representative and the Purchaser within seven days of a notice by one to the other requesting such agreement or failing such agreement to be appointed on the application of either of them by the President of the Tribunal de Commerce of Paris acting in summary proceedings;
Expert Accountant means an audit partner who at the relevant time is from Avanseus’ audit firm (or such other accounting professional as may be mutually agreed between the parties), acting as an arbitrator;
Expert Accountant means a firm of statutory auditors (commissaires aux comptes) of international standing to be agreed by the Seller and the Purchaser within five (5) Business Days of a notice by one to the other requiring such agreement or, failing such agreement, to be appointed on the application of either of them by the President of the Tribunal de Commerce of Paris;
