Expert Fee definition

Expert Fee means the financial compensation payable to Experts.
Expert Fee means the fee payable to the Expert as set out in Clause 5.3 (Fees and Costs).
Expert Fee means all fees, costs and expenses owing to such expert appointed by the applicable Seller(s) to appraise the Going Concern in connection with the consummation of the Euro Cormar Separation.

Examples of Expert Fee in a sentence

  • Euro Cormar shall (i) bear the amount of the Expert Fee in its entirety and (ii) deliver to the Purchaser an accounting, in writing not less than two day prior to the Closing Date (in reasonable detail), of the amount of all of the Separation Fees.

  • NMS Labs shall provide additional forms upon request of the Client for fees as outlined in NMS Labs’ Expert Fee Schedule.

  • Each party shall be liable for half of the Expert Fee and parties request that the Registrar pay the Expert Fee out of the Certifer’s Deposit and Purchaser’s Deposit such that any balance remaining is first returned to the Purchaser in the amount, if any, by which the Purchaser’s Deposit exceeded the Dispute Resolution Deposit; and secondly, half of any remaining balance is returned to the Purchaser.

  • The total fee available to the Expert for production of the Report, including all expenses and applicable taxes (the Expert Fee), shall not exceed twice the Dispute Resolution Deposit, unless agreed in writing by the parties.

  • The Expert Fee shall further include compensation for necessary travel time expended in the performance of the services covered by this Agreement.

  • The cost of overhead, including secretarial and clerical employees utilized by Contractor, is part of Contractor’s Expert Fee and such services will not be separately billed to the Department for payment by Buyer.

  • Contractor also shall transmit to the Department a summary invoice containing only the Expert Fee, expenses incurred pursuant to this Agreement, and instructions for payment.

  • The Expert Contract will specify an Expert Fee which is estimated to be between $57,000 and $77,000 for Expert Services related to the Transaction, payable upon delivery of the Report.

  • Contractor will invoice the Department the Expert Fee upon issuance of Expert’s Report.

  • All Expert expenses incurred by or on behalf of Seller prior to the date of the Lease have been paid in full; Seller has reimbursed Tenant in full for its pro rata share of any Expert expenses incurred by Tenant in accordance with the Lease and no such Expert expenses incurred by either Tenant or Landlord exceeded the Expert Fee Cap.

Related to Expert Fee

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Audit fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the fiscal years listed for professional services rendered by our principal auditors for the audit of our annual financial statements.
