Initiation fee definition

Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;
Initiation fee means the Initiation Fee due and payable by the Purchaser to the bank or other financial institution approving the loan referred to in Clause 6.3 of this Agreement;

Initiation fee means a fee in respect of costs of initiating a credit agreement, and-
