Initiation fee and dues deductions in a roster in Excel format including the employee name, employee identification number, the deduction amount and earnings for the period will be transmitted to the Union by check payable to its order on or before the twentieth (20th) day of each month.
This deduction shall continue until the Initiation fee is paid in full.
