Exploitation Contract definition

Exploitation Contract means an exploitation contract entered into between the Authority and a Contractor in the form prescribed in annex IX to these regulations.
Exploitation Contract means, with respect to Films, any Contracts pursuant to which the Company or any Subsidiary has produced, acquired, developed or granted any rights to Exploit any Film or portion thereof.
Exploitation Contract means certain contracts entered into by RFI and train operators and commercial lessees for the granting of the right of access to the Project infrastructure by RFI. See "Description of the Credit Facility Agreement".
