Extended Release Date definition

Extended Release Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a).
Extended Release Date is defined in Section 10.7(c).

Extended Release Date means 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the date following the date on which all applicable statutes of limitations (as the same may be extended or waived) for each Pre-Closing Tax Period ending on or after June 30, 2009 shall have expired.
