Borrower may, by written notice to Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) not earlier than one hundred and twenty (120) days and not later than thirty (30) days prior to the Initial Revolving Maturity Date, request that the Initial Revolving Maturity Date be extended to the First Extended Revolving Maturity Date.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, with the consent of each Lender so electing, the Loans, this Agreement and the Loan Documents may be amended to permit the Borrower to extend the Extended Revolving Maturity Date or Term Loan Maturity Date, as applicable, of each such electing Lender’s Loans and Commitments, in each case, as applicable, and to provide for different interest rates and fees for such extending Lender for such extended period.
