External Wallets definition

External Wallets means the address(es) of one or more of your external digital asset wallet(s), as the case may be (including but not limited to a Bitcoin Wallet).

Examples of External Wallets in a sentence

  • We are authorized to open or close your Crypto Account, cancel or correct Orders (as defined below), convert funds in your Crypto Account between different currencies, direct transfers of funds or Cryptocurrencies to or from Liquidity Providers (as defined below) and/or the Custodians (as defined below), direct and receive transfers of Cryptocurrencies between your Crypto Account and External Wallets (as defined below) and take such other steps as are reasonable to carry out your directions.

  • By using an External Wallet in connection with our Services, you agree that you are using such External Wallet under the terms and conditions for the applicable External Wallet, and that Company has no responsibility, liability or responsibility to you in any way arising from your use of such External Wallets, including for any security failures or other errors or failures of such External Wallets.

  • Your purchased and deposited Cryptocurrencies are held in trust in one or more of WSII’s omnibus custodial accounts at third-party cryptocurrency custodians (the “Custodians”, each, a “Custodian”) or in online “hot wallets” administered by us or a Custodian for the purpose of transferring Cryptocurrency to and from External Wallets (as defined below) and Liquidity Providers.

  • Minting and transfers of Revel Assets between the Services and External Wallets are facilitated by smart contracts that we do not control.

  • When you purchase Cryptocurrency, we may put a limit or hold on transfers from your Crypto Account to External Wallets.

  • We neither own or control the Bitcoin Blockchain or the Blockstream Liquid Network, external third-party digital wallets (the "External Wallets"), or any other third-party site, product, or service that you might access, visit, or use for the purpose of enabling you to use the Tokenized Virtual Items into the Game.

  • External Wallets may levy fees on User for transactions and we are not liable for any such fees.

  • We are authorized to open or close your Crypto Account, cancel or correct Orders, direct transfers of Cryptocurrencies between the Liquidity Provider and the Custodians (as defined below), direct and receive transfers of Cryptocurrencies between your Crypto Account and External Wallets (as defined below) and take such other steps as are reasonable to carry out your directions.

  • Your purchased and deposited Cryptocurrencies are held in trust in one or more of WS Crypto’s omnibus custodial accounts at third-party cryptocurrency custodians (the “Custodians”, each, a “Custodian”) or in online “hot wallets” administered by us or a Custodian for the purpose of transferring Cryptocurrency to and from External Wallets (as defined below) and Liquidity Providers.

  • We are not liable for any security failures or other errors or failures of such External Wallets and smart contracts or for any loss, data corruption or other negative impact that may occur to your Revel Assets or Revel NFTs when attempting to make such a transfer.

  • external wall means an outer wall of a building even though adjoining to a wall of another building and also means a wall abutting on an interior open space of a building;

  • internal waters means any navigable river or waterway within the State of California.

  • External Verifier means a qualified provider of third-party assurance or attestation services appointed by the Guarantor to review the Guarantor's statement of the Sustainability Performance Targets.

  • External floating roof means a storage vessel cover in an open tank top consisting of a double deck or pontoon single deck which rests upon and is supported by the petroleum liquid being contained and is equipped with a closure seal or seals to close the space between the roof edge and tank shell.

  • External Manager means either of the following: (1) A person who is seeking to be, or is, retained by a board or an investment vehicle to manage a portfolio of securities or other assets for compensation, or (2) A person who manages an investment fund and who offers or sells, or has offered or sold, an ownership interest in the investment fund to a board or an investment vehicle.

  • External Auditor as used here shall mean any registered public accounting firm engaged for the purpose of preparing or issuing an audit report or performing other audit, review or attest services for the Company. Each such external auditor shall report directly to the Committee. With respect to the external auditor, the Committee shall:

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • Internal Use means use of the Sprinklr Services for Customer’s and/or Customer Affiliates’ general business use, solely for the benefit of Customer and/or Customer Affiliates, but does not include use of the Sprinklr Services to provide any services for the benefit of third parties.

  • External inspection means an inspection made when a boiler is in operation.

  • Internal control means a process effected by an entity's governing board, management, and other personnel, designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives in the following categories:

  • External Review means an independent review of an Adverse Benefit Determination conducted by an Independent Review Organization.

  • External Resource means a generation resource located outside the metered boundaries of the PJM Region.
