Internal Systems definition

Internal Systems means the internal systems of each of the Corporation that are presently used in its Business or operations, including, computer hardware systems, software applications and embedded systems.
Internal Systems means the Software and Documentation and the computer, communications and network systems (both desktop and enterprise-wide), laboratory equipment, reagents, materials and test, calibration and measurement apparatus used by the Company or any Subsidiary in their business or operations or to develop, manufacture, fabricate, assemble, provide, distribute, support, maintain or test the Customer Offerings, whether located on the premises of the Company or any Subsidiary or hosted at a third party site.
Internal Systems means all technology products and systems generally operated or controlled in-house by Company, or its employees, agents, or independent contractors including, but not limited to, computers, computer networks, telephone systems, voicemail systems, intercom systems, pager systems, and software applications.

Internal Systems means, in connection with the Business, the Software and Documentation and the computer, communications and network systems (both desktop and enterprise-wide) used by any of the Sellers in its business or operations or to develop, assemble, provide, distribute, support, maintain or test the Customer Offerings, whether located on the premises of any of the Sellers or hosted at a third party site that are among the Acquired Assets and listed in Section 2.10(c) of the Disclosure Schedule.

Internal Systems means the computer, communications network and other information technology systems and any application service provider services, hosted service, “Software-as-a-Service,” “Infrastructure-as-a-Service,” “Platform-as-a-Service” or similar “cloud” services used by the Company for its internal purposes.
