Facilities definition

Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

Facilities means the Plant to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

• The College reserves the right at all times to control all of the Facilities, areas and other resources of the College, including, without limitation, the right to relocate User into alternative, comparable space on campus, and to enforce all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating thereto.

More Definitions of Facilities

Facilities means all buildings and improvements on the Property.
