Facility Limit Increase Request definition

Facility Limit Increase Request shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.02(c)(i) of the Funding Agreement.

• This letter constitutes a Facility Limit Increase Request pursuant to Section 2.02(c)(i) of the Funding Agreement.

• The effective date of an Aggregate Facility Limit Increase shall be agreed upon by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the LC Bank and the LC BankProgram Participants in the Aggregate Facility Limit Increase Request.
