Facility Records definition

Facility Records means all files and records pertaining to the residents and employees of the Facility which are located at the Facility on the Closing Date.
Facility Records means all information regarding origin, contents, transport, and other relevant data for all low level radioactive waste.
Facility Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(b) hereof.

Examples of Facility Records in a sentence

  • From and after the Closing Date, New Operator shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Transferor from and against any loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred by Transferor related to any noncompliance with any privacy or data security requirements applicable to any Facility Records (including, without limitation, HIPAA) or any breach of confidentiality with respect to or other misuse of any data or other information obtained by New Operator pursuant to this Agreement or the Purchase Agreement.

  • On the Closing Date, and subject to applicable law, including, without limitation, HIPAA, Transferor shall provide New Operator with employee personnel files and governing policies and procedures as part of the Facility Records.

  • Prior to disposing of any Facility Records, New Operator shall give Transferor written notice of New Operator’s intention to dispose of such records, and Transferor may, within a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of any such notice, notify New Operator of its desire to retain any such records.

  • Facility Records will be open to inspection and subject to audit and/or reproduction, during normal working hours, by Owner's agent and/or appropriate federal agencies or their duly authorized representatives to the extent necessary to permit adequate evaluation and verification of any invoices, payments or claims submitted by Manager.

  • CCC will cooperate, including access to the Manufacturing Facility, Records and CCC personnel, as reasonably necessary to support any such inspection and provide communication and access to Nevro in accordance with the Quality Agreement.

  • Copies of all books and records, computer tapes, disks and data relating exclusively to the Facility and the Contributed Assets, (collectively, the "Facility Records"), as listed on Schedule 1.1(i) hereto.

  • For the purpose of such audits, inspections, examinations and evaluations, Owner's agent or authorized representative will have access to all Facility Records from the Effective Date, for the Term, and until seven (7) years after date of final payment by Owner to Manager pursuant to this Agreement; or in lieu of the same, Manager may deliver all Facility Records to Owner upon termination of this Agreement.

  • HEALTHSOUTH, Seller and the Subsidiaries shall utilize such access to Facility Records in accordance with all applicable provisions of law, including, but not limited to, provisions relating to confidentiality of Patient Records.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable after the Acceptance Date for each Order, FBL shall provide Customer with the Fiber Facility Records or as-built Drawings for such Order and technical specifications of the Customer Dark Fibers and associated splices located within such Segment.

  • Facility Records provided by electronic file transfer will be available to United within 24[48][72] hours of United’s request for those Facility Records or a shorter time as may be required for urgent requests for Facility Records.

Related to Facility Records

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

  • University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

  • Monthly Records means all records and data maintained by the Servicer with respect to the Receivables, including the following with respect to each Receivable: the account number; the originating Dealer; Obligor name; Obligor address; Obligor home phone number; Obligor business phone number; original Principal Balance; original term; Annual Percentage Rate; current Principal Balance; current remaining term; origination date; first payment date; final scheduled payment date; next payment due date; date of most recent payment; new/used classification; collateral description; days currently delinquent; number of contract extensions (months) to date; amount of Scheduled Receivables Payment; and past due late charges.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Receivables Records means (i) all original copies of all documents, instruments or other writings or electronic records or other Records evidencing the Receivables, (ii) all books, correspondence, credit or other files, Records, ledger sheets or cards, invoices, and other papers relating to Receivables, including, without limitation, all tapes, cards, computer tapes, computer discs, computer runs, record keeping systems and other papers and documents relating to the Receivables, whether in the possession or under the control of Grantor or any computer bureau or agent from time to time acting for Grantor or otherwise, (iii) all evidences of the filing of financing statements and the registration of other instruments in connection therewith, and amendments, supplements or other modifications thereto, notices to other creditors or secured parties, and certificates, acknowledgments, or other writings, including, without limitation, lien search reports, from filing or other registration officers, (iv) all credit information, reports and memoranda relating thereto and (v) all other written or nonwritten forms of information related in any way to the foregoing or any Receivable.
