Faculty or Department means those members of the Association employed in a particular Faculty or Department, and shall include members of the Association employed in the University Library, the Centre for Continuing Education or a School;

Examples of Faculty or Department in a sentence

  • After the commencement of an appointment, a Sessional Appointment may be terminated by the Governors prior to the stated termination date of the appointment with three (3) months’ notice or pay-in-lieu of notice, up to the termination date of the appointment, for reasons of bona fide changes in the academic plans of the Faculty or Department concerned that make the Sessional Appointment no longer viable, or for bona fide financial reasons.

Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.
