Falsely alters definition

Falsely alters means to make a change in a writing, without authority, such that the writing appears to have been made by, or fully authorized by, its apparent maker.

  • Substantially all means a sale, lease, exchange or other transfer involving seventy percent (70%) or more of the fair market value of the assets of such entity; or
