Family Composition. Preference is given to families who have no children. One child in the home is permitted. Exceptions can be made for families adopting a waiting child. • Gender Preference: Gender preference is not permitted. • Income: Financial security. • Parent Physical Health: Excellent health without significant medical concerns.
Family Composition. The Resident's family is composed of only the individuals listed below. (Other than the individual designated "Head" below, other family members who are to appear on the lease shall be listed by age, oldest to youngest.)
