Fast Food Outlet definition
Fast Food Outlet means an establishment or part thereof which is operated by any one of the Respondents named in Schedule A hereof and which is wholly or predominantly engaged in the preparation and/or serving of "Fast Foods" (as defined in subclause (2) hereof and shall include any commissary, whether within such establishment or elsewhere, where "Fast Foods" are prepared, or partially prepared.
Fast Food Outlet means premises used for the preparation, sale and serving of food to customers in a form ready to be eaten without further preparation, primarily off the premises, but does not include a lunch bar;
