Fast Food Outlet definition

Fast Food Outlet means an establishment or part thereof which is operated by any one of the Respondents named in Schedule A hereof and which is wholly or predominantly engaged in the preparation and/or serving of "Fast Foods" (as defined in subclause (2) hereof and shall include any commissary, whether within such establishment or elsewhere, where "Fast Foods" are prepared, or partially prepared.
