FCC Licenses definition

FCC Licenses means a License issued or granted by the FCC.
FCC Licenses means all Licenses issued by the FCC to Seller in connection with the business or operations of the Station.
FCC Licenses means all authorizations, orders, licenses and permits issued by the FCC to the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, under which the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries is authorized to launch and operate any of its Satellites or to operate any of its transmit only, receive only or transmit and receive earth stations.

  • The FCC Licenses are in full force and effect and have not been revoked, suspended, canceled, rescinded or terminated and have not expired.

  • The Seller will, at Seller's expense, repair or replace such Acquired Assets to their former condition as soon as possible after loss, damage or destruction thereof and shall use its best efforts to restore as promptly as possible transmissions as authorized in the FCC Licenses.

More Definitions of FCC Licenses

FCC Licenses means, with respect to Infinity or any of its Subsidiaries, any radio, television or other license, permit, certificate of compliance or authorization issued by the FCC and required for the operation of its respective radio and television broadcast stations.
FCC Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
FCC Licenses means broadcasting and other licenses, authorizations, waivers and permits which are issued from time to time by the FCC.

FCC Licenses means the licenses, permits and other authorizations, including any temporary waiver or special temporary authorization and any renewals thereof or any transferable pending application therefor, relating to the Station, issued by the FCC, each of which existing as of the date hereof is identified on Schedule 3.04(a).
FCC Licenses means licenses, authorizations, waivers, and permits that are issued from time to time by the FCC.
