Any full time employee, employed by Rutgers for one year or more, who is a member of the military (including the National Guard) shall be entitled to leave of absence with pay on all days during which he or she shall be engaged in any period of State or Federal active duty, not exceeding ninety (90) work days in the aggregate in any calendar year.
