Federal active duty definition

Federal active duty means military duty performed pursuant to orders issued under Title 10, United States Code, other than for training.
Federal active duty means full-time duty in the active military service of the United States authorized and performed under the provisions of Tit. 10 of the United States Code.

  • Regulated Activity means any generation, treatment, storage, recycling, transportation, disposal or release of any Hazardous Substances.

  • Lateral action means the moving of an employee to another position in the same agency that is in the same occupation, same broadband level with the same maximum salary, and has substantially the same duties and responsibilities. If probationary, time spent in the previous position shall count toward completion of the required probationary period for the new position.

  • Regulated Activities Order means the Financial Services and Markets Act (Regulated Activities) Order 2001;

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.

  • Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;
