Federal Excluded Parties List or “SAM Exclusions” means the parties listed on the governmentwide exclusions in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov), as described in 2 CFR 200, Appendix II, paragraph (H).

  • By submitting an application, the applicant represents that neither the applicant nor any of its principal officers are on the Federal Excluded Parties List.
