Federal Government Customer definition

Federal Government Customer means (i) any United States federal Governmental Entity or any branch or location thereof located outside of the Territory and (ii) any Governmental Entity outside the United States if and to the extent that Ultra provides Services to such Governmental Entity located outside the United States that are sponsored or financed by a United States federal Governmental Entity.
Federal Government Customer means any governmental or regulatory authority, agency, commission, body, court or other legislative, executive or judicial Governmental Entity, in each case, that constitutes a part of the federal government of the United States.

  • This Section 16.7 (U.S. Federal Government Users) applies only if Customer is a U.S. Federal Government Customer.

  • Relevant Governmental Body means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor thereto.
