Federally recognized substance use test means any substance use test recognized by the federal Food and Drug Administration as accurate and reliable through the administration's clearance or approval process.[PL 2017, c. 407, Pt. A, §106 (AMD).]
Nationally recognized testing laboratory means any testing laboratory recognized by the accreditation program of the U.S. department of labor occupational safety and health administration.

Generally applicable environmental radiation standards means standards issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the authority of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that impose limits on radiation exposures or levels, or concentrations or quantities of radioactive material, in the general environment outside the boundaries of locations under the control of persons possessing or using radioactive material.
