Fee Assets definition

Fee Assets means real estate assets owned by any of the Company Entities.

  • On the Closing Date, the Issuer shall purchase all of the Originator’s right, title and interest in and to all Originator Fee Assets existing as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Business Day.
