The Termination Fee shall be payable in eight (8) equal quarterly installments, with the first such installment being paid on or within five (5) Business Days of the last day of the Fiscal Quarter in which the Termination Fee Date occurs and each subsequent installment being paid on or within five (5) Business Days of the last day of each subsequent Fiscal Quarter, until such time as the Termination Fee is paid in full to the Manager.
