Fee Date definition

Fee Date means the day in each calendar year which is the last day of the calendar quarter in which the Approval Date falls.
Fee Date has the meaning set forth in Section 7.16(b).
Fee Date means the date on which the Transaction Fee becomes due and payable pursuant to and in connection with the Engagement Letter.
