Activation Date definition

Activation Date means the date on which the Service and User Account (hereinafter defined) are activated for the Customer by TM as more particularly described in Clause 3.2 hereunder.

Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

More Definitions of Activation Date

Activation Date means: (a) with respect to Internet, data and on-network voice Services, the date the hub and telephone circuits are prepared to route packets or cells to a Customer Site; (b) with respect to off-network voice Services, the date the calling line identification is provisioned; (c) with regard to other Services, the earliest of (i) the date identified in the relevant Service Attachment or Order, (ii) the date that Verizon informs Customer that Services are ready for use, (iii) the date Customer first uses Services, or (iv) for CPE deployment services under the CPE Service Attachment, the date on which the deployment acceptance process and Customer signature requirements specified therein are completed; and (d) in the case of existing Services that are renewed, the date that is stated on the Order.

Activation Date means the date established in the tax incentive agreement that is within two (2) years of final approval;

Activation Date means the date on which an approved company begins incurring recoverable costs or engaging in recoverable activity pursuant to the tax incentive agreement. The activation date shall be set forth in the tax incentive agreement and shall be a date within five (5) years of the date of final approval of the tax incentive agreement. The authority may extend the five (5) year period to no more than seven (7) years upon written application for an extension by the approved company. To implement the activation date, the approved company shall notify the authority of its intent to activate the tax incentives authorized in the tax incentive agreement.
