Feeder Portfolio definition

Feeder Portfolio means, at any time of determination, an open-end investment company registered under the ICA whose assets consist, in whole or in part, of an investment in a Master Portfolio.
Feeder Portfolio means any Borrower, or any series or portfolio thereof, that has made, or is making, investments in reliance upon Sections 12(d)(1)(E), (F), (G) or (J) of the ICA.

Examples of Feeder Portfolio in a sentence

  • With respect to each Feeder Portfolio, this Agreement shall continue from year to year until such time as a Feeder Portfolio no longer invest substantially all of their assets in its respective Master Fund.

  • The fee would revert to the appropriate fee, classified by fund type, should the fund cease operating as a Feeder Portfolio.

Related to Feeder Portfolio

  • Portfolio means all policies of the same terms and conditions and the benefit schedule as certified by the Government as a Certified Plan under VHIS.

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.

  • Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):

  • Product Portfolio means a set of information related to the DS Offerings available at xxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/terms/product-portfolio.

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • portfolio adviser means a person or company that provides investment advice or portfolio management services under a contract with the investment fund or with the manager of the investment fund;

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement The Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1996 between MLCC and the Master Servicer.   • Discretionary Portfolio Management Services means the portfolio management services rendered to the Client by the Portfolio Manager on the terms and conditions contained in the agreement, where under the Portfolio Manager exercises any degree of discretion in the investments or management of assets of the Client.

  • Securitization Assets means the accounts receivable, royalty and other similar rights to payment and any other assets related thereto subject to a Qualified Securitization Facility that are customarily sold or pledged in connection with securitization transactions and the proceeds thereof.
