Fees and Limits Schedule definition

Fees and Limits Schedule means the schedule contained in this Agreement, published on the Sokin Website and contained on the Sokin Mobile App;
Fees and Limits Schedule refers to the schedule of fees and transaction limits included with the materials that accompanied the Prepaid Card and which apply to your use of the Prepaid Card.

  • Any such Redemption Fee is set out in the Fees and Limits Schedule to this Agreement.

  • If You do not request a redemption of Your Available Balance, the Monthly Account Fee as set out at in the Fees and Limits Schedule to this Agreement will continue to be charged to Your account, even if Your account is inactive or Your Card has expired.

  • A Card replacement fee will apply as set out in the Fees and Limits Schedule to this Agreement.

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Lead Limits means the maximum concentrations of lead and lead compounds (“Lead”) by weight specified in Section 3.2.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Country Limitation Schedule means the schedule published from time to time by Ex-Im Bank setting forth on a country by country basis whether and under what conditions Ex-Im Bank will provide coverage for the financing of export transactions to countries listed therein.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.
