Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases definition

Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule (including any amendments or modifications thereto), if any, of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, as amended by the Debtors from time to time in accordance with the Plan, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors.

Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan with the consent of the Requisite Creditors, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, as may be amended from time to time prior to the Effective Date.

• Counterparties to Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases listed on the Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases shall be promptly served with a notice of rejection of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Plan, the Debtors, with the consent of the Requisite Creditors, reserve the right to alter, amend, modify, or supplement the Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases at any time prior to the Effective Date on no less than three (3) days’ notice to the applicable non-Debtor counterparties.
